Please read the Terms and Condition given carefully at the time of service request:
a) Software/date backup:- it is the customer responsibility to complete backup of all existing data, software and programs on supported product prior to performing any service we will not be responsible for loosing of or recovery of data, programs or loos of system or network .You understand and agree that under know circumstances will Techwe Infotech will be responsible for lose of software program or data even if our technician have attempted to asset you your backup , recovery or similar services. Any such assistance is beyond the scope of any Techwe Infotech warranty and this service agreement. The assistance is provided in our sole discretion and without any guarantee or warranty of any kind, neither does we provide any guarantee or warranty of any kind with respect to any third-party product that our technician may in assisting you.
b) This warranty applies only to those items which were found defective and repaired it does not apply to products in which no defect was found and returned as is or merely re-calibrated. Out of warranty products may not be capable of beginning returned to the exact original specification of dimensions. In no event will be liable for any lose or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential lose or damage, or any lose of damages what so ever arising from use of parts or lose of use data or profits arising out of or in connection with.
c) All on site services and response times are subject to the following condition -Perform during standard business hour, availability of parts.
d) Payment terms: Diagnosis fees 350 Rs at the time of assignment will be applicable, remaining at the time of delivery or compilation of work. No credit is available.
e) Diagnosis fee: This fee applies even if we determine that the laptop is not faulty; that the fault is not repairable or you decide not to process with the repair.
f) Payment: Full payment is strictly due on collection of your laptop. Your laptop will not be returned to you until full payment is received, you can make payment by Cash, Card, UPI and online transfer. We retain a security in your laptop until full payment is made and we retain the right to sale your laptop at a private or public sale to pay for any outstanding invoice if payment is not received within due 30 Days of it’s due date.
g) Technical description of the defect: in order to properly repair a product, it is absolutely necessary for Techwe Infotech to receive information specify the reason the product is being returned. Specific test data, written observation on the failure and specific corrective action you require is needed.
