Service Terms & Conditions

At TechWe Store, we offer comprehensive diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals. Our solutions include operating system installation, driver updates, system optimization, hardware diagnostics, virus removal, and licensed software installation. For clients under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), we also provide preventive maintenance, system health monitoring, and compliance documentation. All services are delivered by certified professionals committed to quality, transparency, and data integrity.

 

We operate under two service models: Standard Repair and Annual Maintenance. Standard Repair covers one-time service requests for hardware or software issues, with parts billed separately. Our AMC model includes scheduled check-ups, priority support, discounted repairs, and quarterly health reports to ensure proactive system care. A mandatory diagnostic charge of ₹350 is applicable for all devices submitted for inspection, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the repair. This fee covers initial assessment, issue identification, and technical reporting. Before initiating any repair, we share a detailed diagnostic report and cost estimate. No work is performed without client approval, and all service activities are logged for future reference and audit compliance. Turnaround times may vary depending on issue complexity and part availability.

 

Clients are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for service. While we take every precaution, We are not liable for data loss during diagnostics or repair. Software installations require valid licenses provided by the client, and we maintain strict confidentiality throughout the service process. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash, and invoices are issued for all services with applicable GST included. AMC contracts require signed documentation and are subject to standard compliance protocols.

 

Repairs carry a limited warranty—typically ranging from 30 to 90 days—covering parts and labor. This warranty excludes physical damage, liquid spills, and unauthorized tampering. To retain warranty coverage, devices must not be altered post-service. Any disputes arising from service engagements will be resolved through arbitration under local jurisdiction. Clients are encouraged to raise concerns or feedback through our support portal or helpline.
